Karthik Padmanabhan's area of specialty is in strategy and operations, with particular focus on pricing and profitability optimization. Mr. Padmanabhan has managed numerous client projects to quickly identify savings and inefficiencies by conducting data intensive diagnostic assessments to increase revenue, improve operating margins, and reduce cost to serve. He has helped his clients identify and realize these savings in a number of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, chemical, and consumer and packaged goods, among others.

Previously, Mr. Padmanabhan was a director with GenXL, a San Francisco venture capital firm focused on identifying, developing, and accelerating intellectual property into investment-ready companies. Prior to that, he was a manager with the Customer and Market Strategy group, part of the Strategy and Operations practice at Deloitte Consulting LLP. Mr. Padmanabhan has also worked in financial services at Capital One and in manufacturing at Alcoa.

Mr. Padmanabhan has an M.S. in industrial engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in finance and strategic management from Indiana University.
